A Quick Look at How We Work and Onboard New Clients

Education & Free REsources

It might sound crazy, but we're pretty particular about the clients we accept. Why? Because growing your business by 300% isn't easy and will take everyone having the same vision. We created some amazing free resources that outline everything we'll need to do to crush your competitors. Our resources outline the exact blueprint for growth and the process we've taken dozens of clients through. You'll find everything to be short, sweet, and we even provide audio so you can listen on the road.

After diving into everything, you'll have a lightbulb moment. You'll see what you've done wrong and understand how to fix it. After a quick education process, you may be interested in working with us. The next step is to complete a mini-application and tell us about your business. And then we'll set up a time to chat.

The Free Consultation

Our first conversation will be an hour-long conversation by telephone. You'll find we're super low pressure and genuinely want to help your business win. We'll cover everything you've told us about your business and give you candid suggestions about where you can grow.

Remember, after going through our resources, you'll know the exact blueprint for growth, and so this conversation is a quick overview of how your business can accomplish this goal. We'll give you some ballpark estimates by phone and can share with you our program options. We'll also share the timelines and our availability as we often have a waiting list to get started.

The Investigation

Meeting

If you're interested in moving forward and we believe you'd be a good fit for us, we'll set up a 2-3 hour "deep dive" in the form of an online meeting. We call this an investigation meeting because we'll have a ton of questions to go through with you. During this call, we'll learn about your business, marketing, revenues, and history. We'll also share our computer screen and show you examples of what you could be doing and where you're missing it.

After the meeting, we'll dig into your company's marketing. Review all the data including your SEO, competitors, local search rankings, PPC visibility, website, and a few other things. Then, we'll put our suggestions together in an online summary.

Your Growth Summary

Your growth summary will include multiple marketing tactics that we suggest based on your budget and our previous conversations. It also includes an estimated marketing budget and our expectations for the growth of your company. Basically, the document outlines what we would do if we were in your position.

Our growth summaries identify the low-hanging fruit and we'll suggest you start with marketing that generates revenues quickly. The summary is also an estimate. Which means, if you're interested in implementing the plan, you can accept it, and pay a deposit. This will allow us to move on to the next step.

Final Planning & Strategy

Once you accept your growth summary and pay your deposit, we'll schedule our final planning meeting. This is the first money you will have paid us and we require a deposit due to the amount of work this step requires. The good news is that your deposit will be credited to your account when you sign the contract.

In our final meeting, we'll plan out your Unique Selling Points, Free Offers, Marketing Arsenal items, Marketing Automation, email technology, website migration, and various other aspects of the marketing plan. We will have already discussed these items, but before getting started on the plan, we need to finalize the details.

Depending on the scope of your project, we may suggest meeting in person. We also offer online meetings for simpler integrations, but these meetings are critical for finalizing your plan.

Contract & References

After we're done planning, we're almost ready for implementation. We'll take everything we learned in our previous meetings and put them into a final contract. This would include everything from your growth summary and any additional items we added during your planning meeting. Your contract will include a detailed objective list, marketing budget, and a list of Gro.Inc fees and bonuses. In almost all cases, your contract price and growth summary estimated expenses will be very close.

Before signing the contract, you'll be able to speak to a reference or two. Our contracts are simple and straightforward. While you're welcome to get an attorney, we think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how easy they are to understand.

Project Integration

It's important to note that the first 3-4 months are considered the build-out phase. This is the phase where we are creating your marketing campaigns, website, and marketing pieces. This is a very labor intensive part of your project. Though we will be busting our tails for you, you will not experience any significant growth until the build out is complete.

However, when we flip the switch and turn everything on, get ready for some serious leads and growth. Remember, our campaigns always start with the lowest-hanging fruit to generate a return for you, so there will be phases of releases. For example, we will typically start with website objectives including redesign, landing pages, SEO, and PPC marketing before implementing your CRM. While each project is different, remember that our aim is that our efforts will easily pay for all of your marketing.

current availability & Waitlist

Achieving 200-300% growth takes a tremendous amount of effort for our team. As we've outlined on this page, we invest a lot of time to ensure we have the right clients, the right plan, and everyone on the same page.

With that said, we often have a waiting list and limit the number of clients we can accept at a given time. Our current wait times and availability are posted below and we'll periodically update this page. Thank you!
